1. Saute garlic and onion, and add pork cubes and add some patis for taste
2. Pour in the pork broth (knorr pork cubes in cup of hot water)
3. Add the squash or kalabasa
3. Add the sitaw and the okra
3. Let it simmer then add the coconut milk

1. Boil the pork slab with garlic, peppercorns and salt
2. Once its quite soft remove the meat and prepare the turbo broiler
3. Pre-heat the turbo
4. Cook meat for 30mins at 200deg Celsius for more tender and juicy meat

Crispy Pork Binagoongan

Ingredients:
- pork cubes
- garlic
- vinegar
- pepper
- oil

Boil the pork with 1cup water and tablespoon of oil until all water evaporated.
Fry on its own oil until brown and crispy. (I remove the excess oil).
Add chopped ginger
Add 1/4 cup of vinegar and tablespoon of water.
Add bagoong and pepper and stir.
You can also add brown sugar (but since I have gestational diabetes I didnt add anymore)

Serve with white rice and tomato on the side.

Because of my GDM I'm forced to diet. And ampalaya is one of the best food that is good for diabetes.

Here's another dish hopefully will satisfy my tastebuds and normal blood sugar.

- saute garlic, onion, ginger in chicken fats
- saute the chicken
- add some patis and pepper for taste
- simmer
- add ampalaya

Add water, pepper and patis
Simmer
Add corned beef

Chicken Misua Soup

even though its hot I suddenly craved for Misua soup. Usually we used pork giniling but since its not available I used chicken thigh instead.

for broth: Boil chicken thigh with salt and pepper
set aside broth and shred the chicken

saute garlic and onion
Add the shredded chicken thigh
add patis
then add broth
let it boil then add the misua
wait until misua is soft and cooked


paksiw na Gindara

also add some okra or lady finger for a much healthier lunch
