We cooked grilled squid and steamed fish (kwaw) for Saturday and Sunday lunch.


I stuffed the squid with tomato and onions and marinated it with seasoning(lemon pepper spice). Then cooked it using the hobtop grill plate. I doesnt look appetizing but it's quite good.

For the steamed fish, stuffed it with onion stalks and ginger. Then for the sauce, I used soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, onion stalks and ginger. Its good. Though, John said they usually dont have a sauce when it's a steamed kwaw. I searched for the kwaw fish but couldn't find it. He doesnt know the exact name or what is it called. They just knew its "kwaw"
